## How to Delete Your Data

If you created a PuzzleBuilder account — including through Facebook Login or any other sign-in method — you have the right to request complete deletion of your personal data at any time.

### 1. Delete Your Account from PuzzleBuilder

Log in to your PuzzleBuilder account, go to **Account Settings**, and select **"Delete My Account."** This will permanently remove all your personal data, puzzles, occasions, and activity from our system — including any data received through Facebook Login or other social sign-in providers.

### 2. Contact Us Directly

Send an email to [support@puzzlebuilder.co](mailto:support@puzzlebuilder.co) with the subject line **"Data Deletion Request."** Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request and delete all your data within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

### 3. Remove PuzzleBuilder from Facebook

If you signed up using Facebook Login, you can revoke PuzzleBuilder's access to your Facebook data directly from your Facebook account:

- Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.
- Find PuzzleBuilder in the list.
- Click Remove.

This revokes our access to your Facebook data going forward. However, it does not automatically delete data already stored on our system. To fully delete your data, please also follow Option 1 or Option 2 above.

### 4. What Gets Deleted

When your data is deleted, the following are permanently removed:

- Your account profile and login credentials.
- All puzzles and occasions you created.
- Leaderboard scores and player data associated with your puzzles.
- Any activation codes linked to your account.
- All activity history.

This action cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
